Önemli Not: Silikon bazlı DOT 5 fren hidroliği ile kullanım için üretici önerilerini dikkate alın. Farklı DOT tipi hidroliklerini asla birbirine karıştırmayın ve araç üreticisinin önerdiği hidrolik tipini kullanın.
Cihaz, debriyaj hidroliği değişimi için de kullanılabilir (hidrolik debriyaj sistemli araçlarda).
Cihazı kullanmak için ne kadar basınçlı hava gereklidir?
AUTOOL AST603, ideal olarak 90-120 PSI (6-8 Bar) arasında basınçlı hava ile çalışır. Standart atölye kompresörleri bu basınç aralığını rahatlıkla sağlayabilir.
Verimli çalışma için dikkat edilmesi gerekenler:
- Hava kompresörünüzün kapasitesi en az 100 PSI olmalıdır
- Hava hortumunun iç çapı en az 6mm olmalıdır
- Hava filtresinin temiz olduğundan emin olun
- Hortum bağlantılarında sızıntı olmadığını kontrol edin
- Nemlendirici/yağlayıcı kullanıyorsanız, cihaza bağlamadan önce çıkarın

- Aracın fren hidrolik deposuna uygun adaptörü takın
- Kompresör hortumunu cihaza bağlayın ve basınç ayarını 90-120 PSI olarak ayarlayın
- Titreşim düğmesini açın
- Değişime en uzak kaliper/nipelden başlayarak (genellikle sağ arka) her bir tekeri tek tek açın
- Tahliye hortumunu nipele bağlayın ve bir kabın içine yerleştirin
- Nipeli açın ve eski/kirli hidrolik dışarı akana kadar bekleyin
- Hidrolik temiz ve kabarcıksız çıkmaya başladığında nipeli kapatın
- Aynı işlemi diğer tekerlerde de tekrarlayın (genellikle sol arka, sağ ön, sol ön sırasıyla)
- İşlem tamamlandığında cihazı kapatın, adaptörü çıkarın ve fren hidrolik deposini MAX seviyesine kadar doldurun
