Product Exchange or Return

The customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery under the distance sales agreement. For products with unopened shipping packaging, returns are accepted directly; for products with opened packaging, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition.

For a smooth and fast return, we kindly ask that you send the product in its original shipping packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. You may also refuse delivery at the door without accepting the package. For incorrect or defective shipments, return shipping costs are at our expense.

Returns are not accepted for cables and accessories. Due to their nature, these products cannot be restored to their original condition after use and are considered among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal under Article 15/ğ of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

When will my order be shipped?
All products in stock are shipped on the same day by 4:00 PM after the order is placed. Customers can choose between Aras Cargo, Yurtiçi Cargo or HepsiJet based on their preference. Throughout this process, you will receive regular email and SMS updates about your shipment status.
My order hasn't arrived yet. Where is it?
To check your shipment status, you can send your order code to our WhatsApp Support Line or info@otoeko.com. If you placed the order as a member, you can track it from the 'My Orders' section. Delivery information is sent to you via email and SMS.
When will my order be delivered and which cargo company will ship it?
After placing your order, your product is carefully packaged and handed over to Aras Cargo, Yurtiçi Cargo or HepsiJet within the same day. The estimated delivery time is 2 business days, and you will receive regular email and SMS updates about your order status.
Is delivery available on public holidays?
Delivery is available on all days when cargo companies operate. However, delivery is not available on official public holidays.
Is next-day delivery available for all orders?
With the Morning Express option, you need to pay an additional fee to receive delivery by 10:00 AM from Aras Cargo or Yurtiçi Cargo.
Do I need to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package?
You can pick up your shipment from the branch or notify us before delivery to change the recipient.
