About Diagnostic Devices
To determine the right device for your vehicle, brand, model, and production year are important. Multi-brand devices (Autocom, Launch, Autel, ThinkCar) support many vehicle brands and are ideal for general diagnostics. Brand-specific devices (VNCi, OBDeleven, VGate) are manufactured exclusively for specific brands and offer detailed diagnostics/coding. Our expert team will help you choose the most suitable device.
Diagnostic devices are generally used following these steps: Find the vehicle's OBD2 port, turn off ignition and connect the device, turn ignition to on position (don't start engine), turn on device and select your vehicle's brand. After the device communicates with the vehicle, you can scan control units. Usage varies by device, our technical support team will assist you.
Regular updates for diagnostic devices are important to support new vehicle models and systems. Update methods vary by brand and model. If you experience any issues with updates, our technical support team will assist you.
Orders & Delivery
In-stock products are shipped the same day after payment confirmation (orders before 4:00 PM). Delivery takes 1-2 business days to major cities, 2-3 business days to other provinces. Tracking numbers are sent via SMS and email for all shipped products.
We offer installment options for all credit cards (3, 6, 9, and 12 installments). 2% discount is applied for bank transfer/wire payments. Your security is ensured with 256-bit SSL certificate for online payments.
You can return purchased products within 14 days from delivery date. Products to be returned must be unused, in original packaging, not connected to a vehicle, and undamaged. Software products cannot be returned due to regulations. You must contact customer service first for return processing.

Hardware products generally have 6 months to 1 year warranty (may vary by brand). Software products are supported for license duration. Warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects under normal use conditions. User errors, unauthorized repairs, drops/impacts/water contact are excluded from warranty.
Yes, we provide various training and installation support for proper and efficient use of our products: Online Installation Support (software installations via remote connection), User Guides, Video Training, and face-to-face training at our Antalya store. We always provide support for device installation and usage.
